Silky Body from an Older Burundi

Age has softened the aromatics, but this Gaggia brew still delivers an exceptionally smooth, silky body.

I brewed this older S&W Burundi on my Gaggia. Time has taken away much of its aromatic intensity, but the cup is still really enjoyable.

What stands out is the texture: exceptionally smooth and silky, with a seriously good body. Even without a vivid aroma, that tactile richness makes it a coffee I’m very happy to drink.
